What the Msgly–Pipedrive integration does

Create Person records

Full name, job title, company name, LinkedIn profile URL, and email address (if found via email finder) are pushed to Pipedrive as a Person record automatically.

Create Deals (optional)

When pushing a contact, choose to also auto-create a linked Deal in your pipeline. Set the pipeline stage and basic deal information — all from within Msgly.

Log the AI message as a note

The personalized LinkedIn DM or cold email generated by Msgly is saved as a note on the Pipedrive Person record — your whole team can see exactly what was sent.

Zero duplicate contacts

Msgly checks for existing Person records by email address before creating a new one. If a match is found, the new message is added as a note on the existing record.

How to connect Pipedrive to Msgly

Get your Pipedrive API token

Log into Pipedrive → click your name (top right) → Personal Preferences → API → copy your personal API token.

Go to your Msgly dashboard → Integrations → Pipedrive → paste your API token → click Save. Msgly verifies the connection immediately.

Frequently asked questions

Can Msgly create Deals in Pipedrive, not just contacts?
Yes. When pushing a contact, you can choose to also create a linked Deal. You can set the pipeline stage and basic deal information. Deals can also be created manually in Pipedrive after the Person record is pushed.
Where does job title appear in Pipedrive?
Pipedrive doesn't always display job title prominently in the default Person view. Msgly always includes the job title in the note attached to the Person record so it's always visible, regardless of your Pipedrive display settings.
Does Msgly create duplicate contacts in Pipedrive?
Msgly checks for existing Person records by email address before creating a new one. If a match is found, Msgly adds the new message as a note on the existing record instead of creating a duplicate.
Can I disconnect Pipedrive from Msgly?
Yes. Go to Dashboard → Integrations → Pipedrive → Remove. This clears your API token from Msgly immediately. Contacts already pushed to Pipedrive remain there — disconnecting only stops future syncs.
