Push contacts with AI email

Add any LinkedIn contact from Msgly Target Profiles to your Instantly campaign. The AI-generated cold email is pre-filled as the campaign's first message.

Open & reply tracking

When someone opens or replies to your Instantly email, a webhook fires to Msgly. The event is recorded against the contact automatically — no manual tracking needed.

Campaign selection per contact

Choose which Instantly campaign to push each contact to — useful for segmenting by industry, persona, or message type across multiple active campaigns.

Manual fallback

If webhook isn't configured, you can still push contacts to Instantly and mark email events manually in the Msgly Cold Email dashboard. The integration works without webhook automation.

How to connect Instantly to Msgly

Get your Instantly API key

Log into Instantly → Settings → API → copy your API key.

Connect in Msgly

Dashboard → Integrations → Instantly → paste your API key → select your campaign → Save.

Set up webhook (recommended)

In Instantly, go to Settings → Integrations → Webhooks → add your Msgly webhook URL (shown in your integration settings). This enables automatic tracking of opens and replies in real time.

Push your first contact

On any LinkedIn profile in Target Profiles, click the Instantly button. The contact and AI email are added to your campaign instantly.

Frequently asked questions

Does webhook tracking require a paid Instantly plan?
Yes. Webhook-based email tracking (open and reply events) requires a paid Instantly plan. Pushing contacts to campaigns via the API works on all Instantly plans. This is Instantly's own requirement, not a Msgly restriction.
Is the webhook required to use the integration?
No. Without the webhook you can still push contacts to Instantly and they'll be added to your campaign. You just won't see opens and replies automatically in Msgly. You can mark them manually in the Msgly Cold Email dashboard instead.
Can I send to multiple Instantly campaigns?
Yes. You can select which campaign to push each contact to from the Msgly Target Profiles dashboard. This is useful for routing different contact types to different Instantly campaigns based on industry, role, or message strategy.
Can I use Instantly alongside a CRM like HubSpot or Pipedrive?
Yes. You can push a contact from Msgly to Instantly for email sending and to a CRM like HubSpot or Pipedrive for pipeline tracking at the same time. Both integrations can be active simultaneously.
Can I disconnect Instantly from Msgly?
Yes. Dashboard → Integrations → Instantly → Remove. This clears your API key immediately. Contacts already pushed to Instantly remain in your campaigns — disconnecting only stops future syncs.
